To the public....Transunion credit reporting agency acts irrationally by putting a derogative report on my credit report! I will like to warn people that this company appears to be a part of desperate debt collection agency! Any one/company could sell your disputed case or profile to them, and if they ask you to pay even what you know you never owed, they will simply put a derogative report on your credit report! Very frustrating trying to talk to someone without my understanding their English. Got my info on the phone, with thanks I said I would print it. Go thru the steps, get this pop-up looking for money. Get rid of that, and my info page is blank. So I re-enter info, try to get my credit report, system says I did and can't until Nov 2017!! It's horrible that a company whose primary goal is to help consumer manage their credit engages in such underhanded behavior conning innocent people into automatic payments for services they don't need. They offer a $1 credit report and hide the agreement to a $19.95 subscription in the fine print. I went to trans union for just a credit report and gave them my credit card# and now they have me as a subscriber for $19.00/mo NO WAY...I did not know that was going to happen. CANCEL ME!!!!!! Extremely disappointed in the service, incompentance and inaccuracies. I have no problems with Experian or Equifax. Very disappointed in the " Off shore" customer service and lack of information provided and all they say is " we can open another dispute" We have to provide a social security number to someone not stateside. Cancelled account in July received refund for that month but they proceeded to charge my account next two months. Credit card company is dealing with them now. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Tried calling all I got was this is not a working number. Can't imagine what they do to senior citizens or others that do not monitor their credit card purchases. Each time I wish to "lift my security freeze" I try to log into my website credentials, which are always wrong despite the fact that I use strong password management software to track them. Password retreieval procedures never work, so I'm relegated to calling in.
