I have been having an issue logging into Transunion going on 3 months now. When I enter my username and password, the screen essentially refreshes and I and brought back to the login screen to enter my credentials again.
There is no error message or anything to tell me what the issue is. I have retrieved my account credentials and reset my password multiple times to no avail. I have contacted Transunion's support going on four times now. Each time I get a tier 1 guy who resets my password and promises to escalate my issue.
Every time the password reset does not work and I never hear back from support. This is very frustrating and annoying. I would like to expect more from such a company. This is terrible customer service and support.
All around bad. I recommend pulling your Transunion score and report from another company.
