I need to speak to somebody. 361-396-****.

Call me. its about my credit report.

My credit report being pulled out not giving me any instructions and I did not give them permission. Just please call me regarding this situation 361-396-****.

I am working very hard to get my credit fixed. I sent a letter, received one back; it's a charge off from Capital One.

I will send it.

The current issue with my report is not right they got report from. I dont know when but none of the stuff been removed and nothing it might be. I need to speak to someone.

I called for assistance to access my account since I no longer have access to my old email address and waited 2 1/2 hours and no one ever answered my call and my issue is still not resolved as now, they are closed. I stayed on the line since I waited so long. I have a headache from the awful music they play and wasted precious time I dont have.

When I called all I could get if you called for one of theses got to this number. What ever item you tried again all you got was the same answer. I finally gave up.

Rejected for credit card I didnt apply for. Agent was helpful and informative and helped me to freeze my account

My banking institution, Summit Bank, changed its name and is now Burke & Herbert. In that process, TransUnion dropped my credit score 8-9 points for opening up a new account!

I've been told by a bank manager that the reduction will be corrected.

To date, it has not been corrected! When will this occur and why was it inappropriately reduced by TransUnion?

My credit score dropped 54 points in the last 6 months. I have had no late payments.

I need help with the process. I'm 83.

The way this issue could have been handled better is by connecting me with a live agent instead of a computer. I am very unsatisfied with the options given to me to resolve how my credit score decreased by 98 points when everything there is in good standing.

I noticed that I have severe delinquency on my accounts. I am always early with payments and I have no idea why your company states otherwise.

The company keeps hanging up - the number provided by this site puts me back into the same loop that all other numbers obtained put me in - the recorded man asks a slew of verification questions and then says, 'Thank you, goodbye' - I never get to speak to a person. I needed a quick resolution, but it was impossible.

I only have the free service related to multiple data breaches. Although I would like to know what is being reported in my credit, I cannot afford the service.

I feel that my credit score was unfairly burdened by 83 points. We were not informed about a late payment on an account we thought we had frozen, so we didn't even know to check it.

It was a small amount and it burdened my credit score by 83 points, which seems to be far more than would be deserved, even if the payment was late. It was a very small amount.

Please make it not harm my credit score so much. Thank you very much.

Somehow someone ran my credit besides the one that I did to try to switch my vehicle and I don't know how that happened without my knowledgement
