I called to get help on some issues with Transunion Crefit Bureau and the rep that I was dealing with was very rude and very argumentative. She kept rushing me and bombarding me with questions yet still had not answered the questions I had asked of her previously.
I asked her why was she being so rude and why wouldnt she let me finish my questions that I called to get help instead she just kept being argumentative then started accusing me of being rude when I was not the aggressor she was. After she kept commenting rude rude rude rude is all she kept saying while I was asking her questions made no since it actually frustrated me to the point I asked did she not like her job or whatever the case was bcs if u in Customer Service your job is to help the customers, listen, access the issue not keep running your mouth u have diarrhea of the mouth and also not sit up and act ignorant. If one doesnt like their job simply find another field to work in!!! But to be rude to the customers apparently you are not happy and u should find some safe to do than to sit up and mistreat people if I was standing in front of her a slap probably is what was needed to wake her silly *** up.
Bottom line if you gone be rude to the customers find your childish *** another job!!! Simple As That being a real ???tch

Unnecessary collections in report
- - Poor customer care; paid-loan collections dented my credit.
- - Rocketsky Credit aided permanent removal and cleaning of credit disparities.
Had a terrible experience with them, and the least you guys could do is to improve more on customer care. I had several collections from loans I already paid.
This dented my credit, and they couldn't do anything about it.
I had to seek extra help on x social media to see how to fix it, and I'm glad RocketskyCredit was able to help me with the permanent removal and cleaning of my credit disparities. My point is there are definitely better credit professionals out there instead of waiting for you guys to do the right thing.

Credit restoration
Don't waste your time with these major credit companies. Freezing your credit report after identity theft issues is always not the solution.
The dent is already on your credit and your information is still out there . The best thing I did was to look out on X socials and found out private credit techie like rocketskycredit, who permanently removed the negative and unsolicited inquiries on my report . All seven collections from loan companies were cleaned up and this greatly impacted my credit positively .
I witnessed over 150+ score points increase within six weeks . Everyone should stay stuck with TU when they don't even unfreeze your credit to start with .
