We just wanted to lock our account after the Equifax problem. I have done this with Experian and Equifax without any trouble.

Transunion was our last one to lock. We were also tricked into being charged $19.95 per month. Both my husband and my credit card was charged $19.95!! I have been on hold for 20 minutes trying to dispute the charge that just happened 25 minutes ago.

Received a receipt for this and our bank alerted us about fraud!! Terrible business tactic and bait and switch is what they call this. Both my husband and I have been charged which we did not authorize.

We are traveling because of the Irma and not have to lock our credit card with no back up on us. Shame on Transunion!!

After dealing with these people I am really concerned if they are supposed to be protecting my credit. Worse experience since dealing with ComCast.
