I worked for a collection agency for 10 years. NO collection agency has knowledge of the validity of an account given to them to collect. Why are they allowed to report false information to any credit reporting agency ?

On top of all that we have to pay TransUnion to dispute false claims.

I have 3 claims against me and not one is valid. Why should I pay anyone anything to clean it up ?

Two of the accounts .. no services were rendered yet they bill me. One of these accounts caused me great harm by not treating me for the money they charged me. I don't know who it is because only the collection agency is named.

The other .. my insurance covers it.

Everyone should be filing lawsuits against all those trying to extort them for a monthly fee.

Reason of review: Having to pay to have false information removed. TransUnion has my name as "Thomas J. Ruwan" with my SS #. My middle initial is "D" for Damiel..

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Remove those collection agency false claims and tell TriHealth to bill my insurance. .
