Attempts to dispute items on my report online result in "technical issue: please call on submit dispute request form". Followed up with phone call and on two occasions the rep could not carry a conversation in English.
He kept saying "just hold a second" and then he would repeat the same question that i answered. Now I'm going to mail in my dispute and hope someone is literate enough to handle. POOR SERVICE . UNREACHABLE NO FORM ON WEBSITE EMPHASIS ON SELLING NOT FLUENT ENGLISH UNABLE TO RESOLVE SIMPLE ISSUES.
WISH I HAD A CHOICE AND DIDN'T NEED TO CONTACT THEM.
They did know enough english to try to sell me services that i did not want. I just want to dispute incorrect information, period.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $27000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
